A principal at HKS in Miami, Fernando Arteaga has been nominated for and won several awards, including one from Porcelanosa Group at its Architecture and Interior Design Awards.

Porcelanosa Group is a leading manufacturer of ceramic floor and wall tiles in the Spanish and international markets. The group now has eight different firms that each specialize in various materials and products for the home. For the last 13 years, Porcelanosa Group has been hosting the Architecture and Interior Design Awards, honor industry professionals.

The awards are held with several objectives in mind, including collaborating with architecture and interior design institutions, improving the overall image of the sector, and showcasing new values in the fields of architecture, design, and real estate. This type of competition evaluates projects that have used materials and innovations from the eight Porcelanosa Group firms. There are two different categories for the competition, one for the design of the future and one for the year’s design.
